How It Works:

Our web site, www.mobilephonecare.com.au allows you to book in your non warranty mobile phone repairs. The system automatically allocates a job number per phone, giving you the ability to print a complete job sheet, including details of any loan phone you may have provided your customer.

Once a job has been logged, our office will be notified that your have a phone ready for collection. Most jobs are returned within 48 hours depending on availability of parts, or repaired on site wherever possible (Brisbane only).

Technician’s feedback on jobs, for example awaiting parts, work in progress, or completion of jobs will be automatically emailed to you. Your jobs are also viewable by simply logging on to the web site. You are also able to search by job number and IMEI number, this gives you the ability to provide accurate information to your customer on how their job is progressing.
