We unlock phones which are locked to your current service provider. This is a common problem which occurs when you purchase a prepaid phone (as they are highly subsidized). By locking the mobile phone to the service providers network they are able to recuperate the cost of the phone.

Security Locks or Phone Locks
Phone will display: security code or unlock code

These locks are set by the user and normally require a 4 to 6 digit code. Security/phone locks prevent the use of other sim cards in the phone, apart from the one that the lock was originally set with.
